Pawan Telecom Centre is just a small shop in Navada 1. We spend all day here in Sector 62. Sharma Market is usually pretty loud with all the traffic and people walking by. Folks come in for screen guards or when their battery starts acting up. It's been a few years now at this spot. It is nothing fancy, just some shelves and a glass counter. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside on plastic chairs until it comes back. Usually, the neighbors from other shops stop by to chat more than they buy things. We fix what we can. If a phone is too broken or the part is too expensive, we just say so. There is no point lying about it. Most days are exactly the same. We open up in the morning, sweep the dust off the floor, and wait for the first customer. It gets very dusty being right on the road. My chair is a bit old and squeaks now, but it works fine. We handle a lot of small stuff, like data packs or helping someone find a new case that fits their old phone. It is not a big place, but it keeps us busy enough to pay the bills. Sometimes kids come in wanting to download games, but we mostly have accessories and do recharges. It’s a simple life here in the market. We know most faces who walk past. That’s how it goes here.
