Pardeep Agarwal runs this small operation in Mamura, Noida. We are located right in Gali Number 3. If you know the area, you know it can get quite crowded with people and scooters zig-zagging through the lanes. It’s a lived-in neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside the door. The shop itself is simple. We have a few cupboards and a workspace where we spend most of the daylight hours. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning or fancy furniture. We have a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who needs to wait. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We are more focused on the tasks we have at hand. Usually, the mornings are for sorting things out and the afternoons are for meetings or finishing up projects. Pardeep is usually here himself, making sure everything is moving along. We get a lot of our news from the tea seller who comes by twice a day. It’s a very community-focused spot. We don't do any big advertising; word of mouth in Gali Number 3 is usually enough to keep us busy. People stop by to chat or to ask for help with something, and we do what we can. It’s just a normal, everyday business spot in a busy part of Noida. No more and no less than that.
