We are located at 4007 40 on the first floor in Phool Bawan Gali, which is right by Ajmeri Gate. If you know the Bansi Koyala area, you know it's a maze of small lanes and old buildings. It's a very traditional part of town, and we've been here for a long time. The office is up a flight of stairs that are a little narrow. Inside, it's packed with files and ledgers because we've always been the type to keep hard copies of everything. It's not a modern office by any means. We have old wooden desks and the walls are a bit stained from years of use. But it has a history to it that you won't find in a new building. The Gali outside is always full of people moving goods and shouting, so there's never a dull moment. We can hear the sounds of the market all day long. Sometimes we have to close the windows just to hear each other talk. We take our tea from the stall downstairs twice a day. It’s a routine that keeps us going. We don't have a website or anything fancy; people usually find us because they know someone who knows us. We just keep doing what we do in our little corner of Ajmeri Gate. It’s busy and loud, but it’s our space and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in the city right now. Even when the heat gets bad, we just turn on the old fans and keep moving. It's home.
