You can find us in Najafgarh right on the Main Nangloi Road. Our specific spot is Rz 1 in Laxmi Vihar. It is a very busy road with a lot of dust and traffic moving back and forth all day and night. We have been here for a good while. The shop is right on the front so it is hard to miss if you are driving by. It is a typical Nangloi setup. We have our stock piled up and a small desk where we handle the accounts and talk to visitors. It gets pretty loud with the trucks and buses going past the front door. We don't have any air conditioning so we just use a couple of sturdy ceiling fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot. Our customers are mostly local people from the Najafgarh area who have known us for years. We know the rhythms of the street and when it gets busy or when it slows down in the afternoon. It is a grit and grind kind of business. We don't use any fancy software or high tech gadgets, just notebooks and a basic computer. The walls have some old calendars on them and the floor is concrete. We are just regular people running a small enterprise. It is not a polished office but it fits the neighborhood well. We work hard and keep the doors open.
