A One Residency

A One Residency is located at Sector 22, J199. It is a place where people come to stay when they are in town for work or visiting their family members. We are not a big hotel with a lobby and a gym, it is more of a guest house feel that stays simple. The building is right in the middle of the residential blocks of Sector 22, so it is fairly quiet at night which our guests like. We have a few rooms that we keep clean and ready for whoever needs a bed for a night or two. Most of the time, our guests are just looking for a decent place to sleep without paying for a bunch of extra stuff they will never use. We have been running the place from J199 for a few years now. The rooms are basic, with just the regular furniture like a bed, a table, and a chair. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything like the fans and lights are working okay. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello, which gives the whole place a nice community feel. It is easy to find if you know how the sector layout works. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of people to handle the check-ins and hand over the keys. It is a straightforward setup for travelers. People seem to like that it is not overly formal or expensive. We just try to make sure everyone is comfortable.
