One Of The Leading Hr Firm

We are located at Oversease Apartments in Sector-62, Noida. It is a bit different being in an apartment complex rather than a big commercial tower, but it works for us. We have been called one of the leading HR firms, though we don't really talk like that in the office. Mostly, we are just a bunch of people sitting around with our laptops trying to help other people find jobs. Sector-62 is always packed with traffic, so we usually hear the horns honking outside while we work. The office has a lot of files and some plants that we sometimes forget to water. We spend the day calling people and checking if they are still looking for work or if they moved on. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening, to be honest. Some people think HR is just about rules, but for us, it’s just about getting through the day and helping someone get a paycheck. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls about visions or whatever. We just have our desks and our tea. It gets pretty hot in Noida during the summer, so the AC is usually running full blast. We just try to do right by the people who come to us. It is a simple operation here in the apartments, nothing too complicated, just regular people doing regular work every day.
