If you are looking for OM Telecom, we are in Sector 27 at Dharma Market. It’s a well-known market in this part of town. I usually open up around ten in the morning. The shop is small, mostly filled with mobile vouchers, SIM cards, and various phone parts. I have a lot of stuff shoved into the cabinets because there isn't much floor space. Dharma Market is always moving. I see people going to work or heading to the other shops nearby. I’ve been at this location for a few years. It’s got a bit of a worn-out look, but it works for me. I spend a lot of time on the phone with distributors trying to get the latest stuff. Sometimes they send the wrong things and I have to send them back. It’s a bit of a headache. Mostly, I help people with their talktime or data issues. A lot of older folks come in because they don't understand the new apps on their phones. I try to explain it to them without getting too technical. It’s just me here most of the time. I have a small TV in the corner to keep me company when the market is quiet. Sector 27 is a good place to be. It feels like a community. I don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s just a humble telecom shop doing its thing every day. I usually shut the lights at eight.
