You can find us at A-1Cd in Sector-16, Noida, which is where Harish Joshi and the rest of the crew handle the outsourcing work. It is a busy part of town, being so close to Gzb and the main HCL hub. The office is busy but not in a way that feels like a factory. We have rows of desks and people on headsets or typing away most of the time. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We are not trying to be the most modern office in Noida. We have some old posters on the walls and the plants in the corner could probably use more water than they get. We do outsourcing, so we are usually doing tasks for other companies that they don't have time to do themselves. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we try to keep the mood light. There is a small break area where we have a microwave that smells like everyone's lunch by two o'clock. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just want to get through our lists and make sure the clients are okay with what we sent over. It is a practical job for people who don't mind a bit of hard work. Sector-16 is easy to get to by the metro, which is why most of us work here.
