Bhangel is one of those places where you really have to watch where you're walking because of the crowds on Gejja Road. New Mobile Care is tucked in right there in Phase 2, and it’s a busy little shop. The workbench is always a mess with tiny screws, screwdrivers, and pieces of broken plastic. I try to keep it organized but as soon as a repair starts, things just spread out. People walk in with phones that have been dropped in water or have buttons that don’t click anymore. It’s a lot of fiddly work. The light inside isn’t the best, so I have a small desk lamp that stays on all day. We have some mobile covers hanging on the walls, mostly the basic rubber ones that protect against the rough ground. Outside, the noise of the market is constant, with people shouting and horns honking every second. It’s a bit chaotic but that’s just how Bhangel is. We stay open late because that’s when most people are coming back from their jobs and need their phones looked at. Sometimes we have to tell someone their phone is beyond saving, and that’s never a fun conversation. We just do what we can with the tools we have. The shop is small enough that two customers make it feel crowded, but we like it that way. It keeps things moving and the day goes by faster.
