New Harsh Telecom

We are situated on the Dankaur Jhajhar Road in Noida. It’s a fairly busy road with a lot of trucks and bikes passing by all the time, which brings in a fair amount of people. Our shop, New Harsh Telecom, is a place where people stop for quick mobile fixes or to buy a new sim card when they’re passing through. I’ve been running this spot for a while. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks. We have a small workbench in the back where I do the repairs on cracked screens or bad batteries. It’s usually messy with tiny screws and wires all over the place. The dust from the road is a constant battle, so I’m always wiping down the glass counters with a cloth. People from the nearby villages stop here on their way to work. We sell a lot of earphones and basic phones that are tough and last long. It’s not a fancy job, but it keeps the lights on. I usually have a cup of tea on the counter and chat with anyone who stops by. The traffic outside can be quite loud, but you stop noticing it after a few hours of working. We don't have a big team, just me and occasionally a cousin who helps out when things get busy. We stay open late because that’s when most people have the time to come in. It’s just a regular roadside shop trying to do honest work for the people.
