Naukri Com

Our place is in Sector 6 over in Noida. It’s one of those areas where everything looks a bit the same if you aren't careful where you’re turning. We are just tucked away in a regular building here. Working at Naukri Com in this part of town means dealing with the Noida heat in the summer, which is never fun. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that makes a weird noise every ten minutes. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We spend most of our time staring at lists and trying to match people with companies that are actually hiring. The traffic in Sector 6 can be a real headache during the morning rush, so most of us try to get in early. There’s a small tea stall nearby that everyone goes to. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and some quiet chatter. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority right now. We are just focused on the day-to-day tasks. It’s honest work, and we like being in this part of Noida because it feels lived-in and real.
