Agahpur is a busy spot and N C R Communication sits right in the middle of all that Sector 41 noise. I usually open the shop around ten in the morning after grabbing a tea from the stall nearby. The glass counter gets covered in dust pretty fast because of the traffic, so the first thing I do is wipe it down. We have been here for a good while now and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It isn't a huge place with fancy lights, just some shelves filled with data cables and those plastic phone cases that everyone seems to want. Some days are slow and I just sit and watch the bikes go past, but other times five people walk in at once wanting recharges or help with a phone that won't turn on. The chairs for customers are a bit old and the fan makes a clicking sound when it’s on high. We deal with all sorts of small problems, like stuck SIM trays or screens that went black after a drop. It’s just how things are in a local shop. You talk to the neighbors, hear the news about the street, and keep the business going. Agahpur has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of that daily cycle. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door slightly ajar to let a breeze in.
