Mobile Plaza

Mobile Plaza is found in the Kaushik Market area of Noida. It is a local market where everyone seems to know each other. We have our little shop tucked in there among the other stores. It’s a basic place with a simple counter and some shelves for phone cases. We spend a lot of our time replacing screens because people are always dropping their phones on the pavement. It’s a lot of sitting still and working with small tools. Sometimes the light isn't the best, but we've got a good lamp on the desk. We don't pretend to be a high-end showroom. This is just a place where you can get your phone fixed without any trouble. Most of our customers are regulars who live nearby. They stop in to say hello even if they don't need anything fixed. It makes the day go by faster. We keep some extra chargers and memory cards in stock because people always seem to lose those. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. We don't do anything special for advertising. We just rely on word of mouth from people in Kaushik Market. It’s been working fine for us so far. We just show up, do the repairs, and go home to our families at night after we close the metal shutters.
