Our office is in New Ashok Nagar, specifically B 1 25 on Lane Number 2. It’s a busy part of Delhi, right on the border, and we’ve been here for quite some time. We focus on export and import work, which means there’s always a lot of paperwork and tracking to do. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and shipping documents, but we know where everything is. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture. We have heavy wooden desks and chairs that have been around as long as we have. Lane Number 2 can get a bit tight with delivery trucks and motorcycles, but that’s just the way it is here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to make sure the goods get where they need to go. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails. It can get stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just keep pushing through. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. We’re just a small group of people working hard in a dusty part of town. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients happy without making things complicated. It’s an honest way to make a living in a big city like Delhi.
