It’s a residential area mostly, so the office feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a few rooms set up with computers and shelves full of files. It’s not very modern-looking, but it’s comfortable for us. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our stationery. The work we do involves a lot of reading and checking facts. It's the kind of stuff that takes time and patience. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you something. If you come here, you just talk to whoever is available at the desk. We keep things very informal. You won't find anyone in a tie unless it’s a very special occasion. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty, so we’re always wiping down the desks.
