We operate Mantec Consultants Pvt Ltd and it's a bit of a split between our spots. We have the place at D 36 in Sector 6, Noida, and then there is the address at Gajanand Mallick G14 60 Rohini too. It means a lot of traveling back and forth across Delhi and Noida, which can be a real headache with the traffic some days. My desk is usually covered in papers and folders because there is always something to check or sign. We aren't a big flashy firm with glass walls. We just have these two offices where we get our work done. In Noida, the area is mostly offices and industrial buildings, so it's quite busy during the day. Then Rohini has its own feel, a bit more like home. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the routine. We answer the phones, meet with people when they drop by, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always easy keeping two locations running smoothly, but we manage. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on filing. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the actual jobs we have to do. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It’s just how we work. We like the local feel of being in these neighborhoods and being part of the community here.
