Our shop is in Khora Colony, right at Nehru Garden, D-78. We do all sorts of mobile work here. People usually come in when their screens are cracked or if the phone won’t turn on at all. It is a very busy area, quite dusty too with all the traffic. We’ve been here a while now, just doing our thing. It’s not a big fancy showroom, just a small place with some tools and spare parts. I spend most of my day sitting at the bench fixing buttons or charging ports. Sometimes my brother helps out when it gets too crowded. We see all kinds of people from the colony. Some want their phones fixed in ten minutes, but it doesn’t always work like that. If the part isn’t in the drawer, we have to wait for the delivery. We don't like making people wait, but that’s how it goes sometimes. We also sell some basic things like chargers and headphones. The cheap ones are popular because people lose them. In the afternoons it gets really hot, so we keep the fan on high. D-78 isn't hard to find if you know the garden area. We just try to do a decent job so people come back when they have another problem. There’s no big secret to it, just fixing what's broken and getting through the day. Most people around here know M T Mobile Communication by now.
