We are located right near the Kuwar Samsad Market in Gautam Budh Nagar. People usually find us when they need a quick fix for their phones or just want to get a new SIM card. It's been a while since we started here. The shop isn't huge but we try to keep the basics in stock. If you walk past the market, you'll see our sign. My cousin and I run the place most days. Sometimes it gets busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work. We handle a lot of recharges and small repairs. Nothing fancy. Just a regular spot for the locals. It's dusty outside usually, but we keep the inside okay. People stop by for a chat even if they don't buy anything. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical shop. If a screen is cracked, we look at it. If the network is acting up, we help with that. It's just a small business in a busy area. We've seen the market change over the years. Most folks around here know where we are. We don't really do big ads. Just word of mouth mostly. If you need something for your mobile, you can just walk in. We are usually there from morning till late. It’s a simple life running a shop near the market. We just do our work day by day.
