Khushi Telecom

Khushi Telecom is a small little spot located in Khora Colony, specifically in the Deepak Vihar area near Labour Chauk. If you know D 31, that’s exactly where we are. The shop is pretty cramped, honestly. We have glass counters filled with different mobile covers and screen guards that always seem to get dusty no matter how much we wipe them. There’s a lot of noise coming from Labour Chauk all day long, with people shouting and rickshaws honking, so it’s never quiet inside. We spend most of our time fixing cracked screens or helping people who can’t get their internet to work. My brother and I usually run the place, and we drink way too much tea from the stall next door. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to use small battery lights to finish a repair. We don't have a big team or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to the neighbors who drop by just to complain about the heat. It’s a busy life in Khora. We see all kinds of people, from laborers needing a cheap recharge to kids looking for the latest game. We just try to fix what’s broken and get people back on their phones. It’s a simple living and we’ve been at this spot for a few years now. The space is small, but it works for what we need daily.
