We are located out in Dadri near the N T P C area in Tatarpur. It is quite a distance from the main city center, so things are a bit quieter here except for the trucks moving back and forth from the plant. Kaniya Communication is where I spend most of my day, usually from morning until late evening when the sun goes down. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular counter with some chairs for customers who come in to pay their bills or ask about mobile plans. Since we are near the N T P C site, many of the workers stop by after their shifts are over. They usually have a lot of questions about how to get better signals in their quarters. I try my best to help them out with whatever knowledge I have about the different networks. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours and we just sit there in the dark talking to whoever else is waiting around. It’s a simple life here. My brother helps me out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded than usual. We have some basic tools for repairing handsets, mostly just the small stuff like charging ports or battery replacements that don't take too long. The roads around Tatarpur can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to keep mopping the floor to keep the shop looking halfway decent. It’s just a local business trying to stay busy and helpful to the people living nearby.
