Joshi Associates

We are located in Sector 12, right at building number 42. It’s a fairly quiet part of the area, which is nice for getting things done. We’ve been operating as an associate group here for some time. There isn’t a huge team of us, just a few people who have been working together for years. We handle a lot of different things, mostly helping other businesses with their plans or sorting out administrative stuff that people find too confusing. Our office doesn't have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a regular door in a regular building. We’ve always preferred it that way because it feels more personal. You won't find us using a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk like regular people. Most of our clients are folks from the surrounding sectors who have heard about us from a friend. We don't really do any advertising. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and do the work that comes across our path. Sometimes we stay late if there's a lot to do, and other days we might close up a little early if things are slow. That’s the benefit of being a small local outfit. We know the neighborhood well and we plan on staying in Sector 12 for the foreseeable future. It’s just a practical way to run a business without all the extra fuss.
