We are based at 1-A, B-5 in Sector 24, Noida. Even though our name is Jobbpo.Com, we have a physical office where we do all our daily tasks. It is a busy place most of the time. We handle a lot of calls and emails related to job postings and outsourcing work. Sector 24 is a pretty central area, so there are always people moving around outside. The office itself is not very large. It is mostly filled with desks and people wearing headsets. It gets quite noisy during the peak hours of the afternoon. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a forced break until it is fixed. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert. The chairs are not the most comfortable in the world, but they do the job. We are not some massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local Noida business. Most of us live nearby and commute in every morning. We deal with various clients and candidates all day long. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage to get through it somehow. It is just our daily routine.
