Jitendra Kumar Gupta

My name is Jitendra Kumar Gupta and I am based in Gautam Budh Nagar. This whole area has grown so fast, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. I’ve seen it change from mostly empty space to all these buildings and offices. I’ve been here through a lot of that. My setup is pretty straightforward. I don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s mostly just me and sometimes an assistant if things get really backed up. We work out of a modest space. It’s got everything we need like computers and stacks of paper, but it’s not meant for showing off. I focus on the work that people bring to me. Most of my day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. Gautam Budh Nagar is a big district, so I get people coming in from all over the place. I try to be as helpful as I can without making things complicated. I’m not a fan of using big words or confusing people. I just tell it like it is and do what I can. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the internet goes slow, but we just deal with it. It’s just part of running a small business. I’ve been doing this for years and I plan to keep going as long as people need me. It’s a decent living and I like being my own boss. Even when the power goes out, we keep the files moving by hand.
