Janta Telecom

You can find Janta Telecom over in Bhangel inside the Jindal Market area, specifically near the Sambhu Dayal Palace. It's a crowded little corner of the market but we like it here. We spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones, whether it's selling a basic model or trying to figure out why a smartphone won't turn on. The market stays noisy with people shopping for all sorts of things, so there's always a lot of energy around. We started this shop because there was a need for a place nearby that stayed open late. We don't use any big words or fancy promises. If a phone is fixable, we work on it. If it’s too old, we tell the customer it might be time for a change. It’s straightforward work. We have different accessories hanging on the walls and some chargers in the bins. It’s not the most organized looking place, but it works for us. Living and working in Bhangel means we see the same faces every week. That makes the day go by faster. We usually have tea delivered from the stall nearby while we work on the electronics. The shop is small, so it gets quite warm in the summer months, but we keep the fan going and keep working. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Noida, just a place where people can come and get their mobile issues sorted out without any fuss or extra costs they don't need.
