Our shop is located right on the main road in Rohini Sector 7, specifically at D-11/148. It’s a very busy area with cars and rickshaws going past all the time. We handle things like mobile recharges, selling new SIM cards, and basic repairs for phones. The shop is small, so we have to use every bit of space we have for the stock. There are posters for data plans on the walls and glass cases filled with old and new handsets. We spend most of the day behind the counter talking to people from the neighborhood who need help with their phone connections. The noise from the traffic is something we don't even notice anymore. It gets quite bright in the afternoon when the sun shines directly into the shop. We’ve been part of the Sector 7 market for a long time and know a lot of the people who live nearby. It’s a simple business without any corporate backing. We just open up the shutters every morning and wait for the first customers to arrive. Sometimes someone comes in just for a photocopy or a quick question about their phone settings. We try to be helpful and get things done quickly. It’s a local spot where people feel comfortable stopping by for a few minutes while they are out on their errands. The floor gets swept a few times a day because people bring in dust from the road.
