We are Ip Constructions Pvt Ltd and you can find us over in Sector 18. Our office is at number 310. It’s a pretty busy sector with a lot of other businesses around, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here for a while now and the space suits us just fine. It’s not a very large office, but we have enough room for our desks and all the files we keep. The building itself is quite standard for this area. We usually get in early and stay until the work is finished for the day. There isn't a lot of fluff here; we just focus on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop, and other times it's quite quiet while everyone is concentrating. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the number 310. It’s a straightforward place where we handle the daily side of the construction business. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through paperwork. We like being in Sector 18 because it's easy to get to and there are plenty of spots nearby for a quick bite. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't really have a reception area, so if someone stops by, they usually just walk right into the main workspace. That's just how we operate every single day. We keep it simple.
