We are located at E 20 in Sector 8. The company is Iitp Resource Development Pvt Ltd. It's a quiet enough area most days, which helps us stay focused on what we need to do. We deal with resource development, which covers a lot of ground, but mostly we are just here at our desks making sure things move forward. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have our routines and we stick to them. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have deadlines looming. We don’t really use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say things like they are. If a job needs doing, we do it. Being in Sector 8 means we are easy to find if you know the layout. We've had this space for some time now and it feels like home. There are plants in the corner that someone remembers to water once in a while. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job with the resources we have. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just work on the projects as they come in. If you stop by, you'll see a normal office with people working hard. That's really all there is to it. We like the simplicity of this place and the people we work with every single day. We just keep our heads down.
