Ienergizer

We are set up in Sahibabad, over in Ghaziabad. It’s a bit of an industrial feel around here, which suits us just fine. Ienergizer isn't a massive corporate entity with a huge lobby. We operate out of a space that works for the team. Being in Gzb means we deal with the usual local stuff like the occasional power cut or the dusty roads during summer. But the area is convenient for most of the people who work here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. It’s a functional place. We spend our days mostly on the computers or on the phones, just keeping things moving. We’ve been at this address for some time now. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We usually eat lunch together at the local stalls nearby. The food is decent and cheap. Our routine is simple. We come in, check what needs doing, and get to it. We don't have many meetings that last for hours. We prefer just talking across the desks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and cables around, but we know where everything is. Living and working in Sahibabad gives you a certain outlook on things. You just get on with it. We don’t bother with big mission statements or marketing talk. We just try to finish the day’s work and head home to our families in the evening. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours.
