Ienergizer International B P O is based out of Village Hoshiyarpur in Sector 51, Noida, U.P. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you have the modern Sector 51 on one side and the older village area on the other. We are right in the middle of that. The office is a decent size, nothing too big, but enough for our crew. We do a lot of back-office work here. It’s not the kind of place where clients come for fancy meetings. It’s more of a production hub. We have computers lined up, and the hum of the AC is usually the background noise for our day. We’ve been here long enough that we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. New buildings are going up all the time. But we’ve stayed in our same spot. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just tell people where we are and what we do. The staff mostly takes the bus or the metro to get here. It’s a hardworking group. We don't have many perks like free snacks or a gym. We just have a break room where we eat our home-cooked lunches. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We focus on getting the details right and making sure our tasks are finished by the end of the shift. We are just a group of regulars doing regular work.
