Ideal Telecom

Ideal Telecom is located at D-177 in Noida Sector 27. It's a residential part of the city, so we get a lot of families and older people coming in. The shop is tucked away a bit, but once you find the street, it’s easy to spot the sign. I’ve been working here for a couple of years now and it’s become a second home to me really. The space is filled with boxes and spare parts for all kinds of old and new phones. I usually start the day by checking what needs to be fixed from the day before. Some repairs take a long time because the parts are hard to find, but people are generally patient if you explain the situation to them. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track things, just a simple notebook where I write down what needs doing. The street outside is usually quiet in the afternoons, which is when I take my lunch break and maybe listen to some music on the radio. Sector 27 is a nice place to be, and the people living around D-177 are mostly regulars who know me by name. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that because most people just hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure people can stay connected with their friends and family. Sometimes we run out of change and have to run to the grocery store next door to get some coins or smaller notes.
