We are located over in No Ida. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. People come in to deal with their savings or just to check on things. It’s a busy area and the street outside is usually full of cars and people rushing around. Inside, it is just us at our desks trying to keep the records straight. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just the usual bank stuff and some chairs that have seen better days. It is a place for work. Most of the people coming in are regulars who live or work right around here in India. We know a lot of them by name after all this time. You come in, you wait your turn, and we help you out with whatever the task is for that day. Sometimes the computers are slow, which can be annoying for everyone, but we manage. It’s just a normal part of life, dealing with the heat and the crowds and the paperwork. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just provide a place where you can get your banking done without a lot of extra talk. It’s practical and it works for the people in this neighborhood. We are just here doing our jobs and making sure everything is handled correctly for whoever walks in. We try to keep the queues moving so nobody spends their whole afternoon here waiting for a simple signature.
