I Am A Fresher

I’m staying at B 187 in Sector 20, which is over in Noida. It’s a good spot, pretty close to a lot of the big offices. I just finished my education recently, so I’m in that stage where people call me a fresher. It’s a weird spot to be in because you want to work but you’re still waiting for that first real chance. I spend my days in my room, mostly on my computer. Sector 20 is a familiar area for me now. I know where the good tea stalls are and where it’s quiet enough to think. I’m not part of some big corporation yet. I’m just one person looking to get a start. My day usually involves a lot of scrolling through job boards and making sure my resume looks okay. It’s not very exciting stuff to talk about, but it’s what I’m doing right now. I have the skills, I just need to put them to use somewhere. Sometimes I feel like I’m just one of many people doing the same thing in Noida. It’s a big hub for work, so there’s a lot of competition. I keep my head down and just keep applying. My desk is where I spend most of my hours. It’s a simple life for now, but I’m hoping to move on to something more permanent soon. That’s just where I’m at at this point in time.
