Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is set up here in Faridabad, which is a bit different from the main Delhi chaos. We are located in the 121 006 area. It’s an interesting place to work because it’s got that mix of industrial vibes and regular residential streets. We have been here for a while and most of us live pretty close by, so the commute isn’t too bad compared to what some people have to deal with. The office itself is pretty straightforward. There isn’t a lot of extra space, but we make it work for what we need to do. We spend most of our time at our desks just handling the usual business stuff that comes our way. It gets pretty hot in the summers, but we have the fans and AC going to keep things manageable. Sometimes it feels like time goes by fast when we are busy, and other days it’s a bit slower. We don't really do the corporate thing with big meetings or long speeches. We just talk to each other across the room and get things sorted. People in this part of India know how it is, just working hard and keeping things simple. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. It’s a functional space where we focus on getting the work finished. If you’re looking for us, we’re just here in the middle of everything in Faridabad.
