Hewitt Associates

Hewitt Associates is based in Sector 21 of Noida, at R 261. This part of town is a bit more orderly than some other sectors, with decent roads and some trees around. Our office is in a residential-style building that has been repurposed for work. We have been at R 261 for some time now and it feels like home to the staff. The entrance is simple and we don’t have any big flashy logos on the front. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and computers. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. The windows let in a bit of natural light, which is nice in the mornings. We don't have a big cleaning crew, so we usually tidy up our own spaces before we leave for the day. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for the occasional dog barking outside or a car horn. We get our work done without a lot of meetings or fuss. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows what they have to do and just gets on with it. We drink a lot of tea and occasionally someone brings in sweets to share. It is a very plain, honest workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we are just here to do the job we are supposed to do in Sector 21. No Ida can be a bit confusing with names, but we are right here.
