We are Hcl Tech Ltd Bpo Services and we work out of Apartment D 202 in Euro Apartments. The building is on Plot 84B in Sector 5, Rajendra Nagar, which is part of Sahibabad in the Ghaziabad district. It is a residential apartment that we have turned into a workspace for our BPO operations. It might seem a bit different to be in a flat, but it actually works quite well for us. We have enough room for our workstations and the necessary equipment. Sahibabad is a busy, industrial kind of area, but Euro Apartments is a bit tucked away from the main noise. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it feels very familiar. The staff just comes in, grabs a seat, and gets to work on the various services we provide. We don't have a corporate culture with fancy titles or big meetings. It’s mostly just keeping the phones manned and the data entered correctly. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and talk about regular stuff. It’s a very practical and humble setup. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, they usually comment on how quiet it is for a BPO. We just focus on our daily targets and try to stay productive in our own quiet way in Sector 5.
