We are right near Reliff Hospital, which makes it easy to find if you are coming from that direction in Ghaziabad. The street can get pretty busy with traffic and people moving around all day long. Inside, it is a bit quieter, though the sound of the weights hitting the floor is pretty constant. We have a lot of equipment packed into the space. It is not the biggest gym in the world, despite the long name we have, but it gets the job done for the local crowd. You will see people from all walks of life here. Some are coming in after a long shift at the hospital, looking to blow off some steam. We do not have those polished floors that you are afraid to walk on. It is a working gym. The walls have a few scuffs and the mats are worn in the spots where people stand the most. That is how you know people are actually using the place every day. We keep the water filtered and the lights on. It is a straightforward setup. No one here is going to judge you if you do not have the latest workout clothes.
