Working in Gautam Budha Nagar means dealing with a lot of dust and heat, but we have been doing it here at our engineering spot for quite some time. We handle a lot of glass, which means everyone has to be careful and keep their boots on. The sound of cutting tools is pretty constant throughout the day. We don't have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a workshop where things actually get built and shaped. There are crates of raw material stacked up against the walls and measuring tapes lying around on every flat surface. Sometimes a job is straightforward and we get it done by lunch, but other times something tricky comes up and we are still here late into the evening. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of metal and sealant. We have a small table in the corner where we look over sketches and try to figure out the right way to fit everything together. It is heavy work, moving large panes around without cracking them, and your back definitely feels it by the end of the shift. We are just a group of people who know how to handle these materials and we do it day after day. There is no corporate manual here, just the experience we’ve picked up from making mistakes and fixing them over the years. We just try to stay focused and get the pieces out the door as they are needed.
