Gauri Mobile Center

Gauri Mobile Center is over in the Vandana Enclave part of Khora Colony in Ghaziabad. We’ve been operating out of this small spot for quite a while now. The shop is located in one of the busy lanes where you can always hear the sound of motorbikes and people talking. It’s not a very large place, just enough room for a couple of counters and some shelves along the back wall. We have a variety of phone accessories, though we don’t always have the newest stuff right away. Most of the day is spent handling small repairs or helping people who are having trouble with their SIM cards. The desk where we work is covered in bits of wire and old phone parts. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We have a small fan that rattles a bit when it's on high, but it helps with the heat in the afternoons. People from all over Khoda Colony stop by because they know where we are. We don't use any complicated systems, just a simple notebook to keep track of what needs to be done. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit to get some fresh air and talk to the other shopkeepers on the street. It’s a busy life here in Ghaziabad, and we’re just a small part of the daily routine for the folks in Vandana Enclave. We keep the shop open late because that's when most people are free.
