Rudrapur has grown a lot recently with all the industries coming in, so there is always something going on. Our office isn't in a big glass building; it’s just a regular place where we can sit down and focus on our work. There are a lot of files and books around, as we have to keep track of many different things. We don't have a big team of people in suits. It’s mostly just a few of us who know the local area and the people who live here. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside because of the construction in town, but we keep the office as tidy as we can. We spend our days meeting with locals or answering calls from people who need help with their paperwork. We don’t use any marketing tricks or big promises. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, and we like being in Uttarakhand. The mountains aren't too far away, though we don't get much time to visit them. We are just a local firm trying to do things the right way without making a big deal out of it.
