Our branch of Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt Ltd Noida is tucked away in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 at East End Apartments, specifically in Flat No 504 on the fifth floor of block 10. It’s a pretty well-known residential complex in this part of New Delhi, which makes it feel more like a home than a sterile business office. There’s a lot of greenery around the apartment blocks, which is nice when you need to step out for a breather. Inside the flat, we’ve rearranged things to fit our computers and server equipment. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a view of the other buildings and some of the trees. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know our faces. Getting here is easy because the metro station isn’t too far, though the walk can be a bit sweaty in the middle of summer. We don’t have any big signs out front. It’s just a regular door in a regular hallway. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a rush. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby or just bring stuff from home and eat at our desks. It’s a straightforward way to work without all the bells and whistles of a big city skyscraper.
