Our spot is at O-54 in Sector-12, Noida. It’s a pretty standard building for this part of town, nothing that really grabs your eye from the street. We’ve been in this office for a while, and it has that lived-in feel with stacks of folders and notes pinned up everywhere. The AC works most of the time, which is the main thing we care about when the Noida heat gets intense in May and June. We have a small table where we take our breaks, and there’s usually a half-empty box of biscuits sitting there. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with glass walls and security guards. It’s just a few rooms where we sit and work on our consulting projects. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy office furniture. The chairs are a bit mismatched, and the carpet has a few stains from spilled coffee over the years. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, even when the desk gets a bit messy. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so it’s a friendly enough environment. You might hear the traffic from the main road if the window is open, but we’re mostly used to it by now. We like it here because it’s simple and we can just get our work done in peace. It is just a regular place for regular people to work.
