Exl Service Pvt Ltd is based at H 14A in Radha Puri, up on the second floor. This is in the Delhi 51 area. It is a typical local setup where you have businesses and homes all mixed together. We have been in this building for some time. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for when people visit, and the equipment we need for our daily tasks. It isn't a fancy place with central air and glass elevators. We just use the stairs and keep the windows open when the weather allows. The neighborhood is busy, with a lot of shops nearby, so there is always something going on outside. We mostly focus on our clerical and service work. It is the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just show up and get to work. The paperwork can be a lot sometimes, but we manage to stay on top of it. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street level, which is nice. We aren't trying to grow into some huge empire. We just want to do our jobs well and keep the business running. It’s a modest operation, but it’s ours and we make it work every single day. We don't need a lot of space to be productive.
