We are based in A-344, Agrawal House. It’s right near Atta Market in Noida, which is always crowded and noisy. Being near the market means there is always something going on outside. Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. is just a small outfit. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of files. The walk from the market can be a bit chaotic with all the street food and people, but we like being in the thick of it. Sometimes our office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a shiny lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Most of us have been here for years. We know the shortcuts through the side streets to get lunch. The work is mostly paperwork and helping people figure out their next steps. It’s not glamorous. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the fans humming. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Agrawal House is an older building but it feels like home to us. If you ever find yourself in Atta Market, you’re not far from our door. We’re usually around if you need anything. It’s a busy life but it’s ours.
