Aaj Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is out in Toy City at Ecotech III. Our spot is Plot 97 in the Mahila Udyog Kendra area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the city, but once you’re here, it’s mostly just warehouses and factories. We’ve been operating from this plot for a while now. The area is pretty industrial, so there’s always trucks moving around and people busy with shipments throughout the day. Our day usually starts pretty early because that’s just how things work in this part of town. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of inventory and making sure things are moving where they need to go. We aren’t really fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes because it gets dusty and hot sometimes on the floor. The Mahila Udyog Kendra is a good community to be a part of. We know the neighbors and we help each other out if someone needs a hand with a delivery or something. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a holiday, but for us, it’s where the work happens. We don’t spend much time on fancy letters or big announcements. We just focus on the boxes and the paperwork. It’s a long day, but when we close up the gates at night, it feels like we’ve actually done something useful. That’s enough for us to keep coming back every morning and doing it all over again.
