Arcon Consultants

Arcon Consultants is tucked away in Sector 49 of Noida. The address is A-43, which is a pretty easy spot to find once you get into the sector. It's a residential-style building converted into our workspace. We like being in this part of Noida because it’s not as chaotic as the main commercial zones. Our office has a few rooms where we sit and work on our different projects. It’s not a huge place, so you’ll always find someone in the kitchen making tea or just stretching their legs. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow up around us. The street outside gets a bit crowded during school pickup times, but otherwise, it's fairly calm. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and someone will probably look up from their screen to say hello. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other likes to work. We don't use much jargon or have those long corporate retreats. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home at a decent hour. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains heavy, but we manage. It's just a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much us.
