You can find us over at the Ishan Institute of Management and Technology in Greater Noida. It is a bit of a trek out here, but once you are on the campus, it is actually a pretty nice place to work. Galaxy Management Services shares space in this area, so we are surrounded by students and faculty most of the time. The atmosphere is quite academic, which keeps us on our toes. We have a small office where we handle all our management tasks. It is mostly just us and our laptops, working through various projects and talking to clients on the phone. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be pretty extreme, so we are either freezing in the winter or melting in the summer, depending on how the AC is feeling that day. We are not a big agency with hundreds of people. It is just a small, dedicated team that has been here for a while. We often grab tea from the stall near the institute gates and talk about what needs to be done for the week. There is no big corporate vibe here; it feels more like a community project sometimes. We do our best to stay organized, even when things get a bit chaotic with college events happening right outside our door. It is an interesting place to be, and we like the energy of the campus. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day by day.
