Manas Rekha Consultant is based here in Noida, UP, 201301. We don't have a giant sign or a massive building, just a regular office where we do our consulting work. It’s been a long journey working in this part of the state. Noida is always growing, so there is always something new being built around the corner. We mostly spend our time on the phone or meeting with people who need advice on various things. The office is filled with files and notebooks because we still like to write things down. It is a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only real breaks. It can get pretty hot in the summer, so the AC is usually humming away in the background. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big presentations. We just sit down and talk through whatever the situation is. It’s a small operation, so you always know who you are talking to when you call. Sometimes the traffic in Noida makes it hard for people to get to us on time, so we have learned to be patient with the schedule. It is a basic setup, focused on the tasks at hand. We are just a local group of people trying to keep things organized and helpful for anyone who stops by.
