Seth & Company

Seth & Company is located in Sector 15, Noida, which is a pretty crowded area if you know the spot. A-47 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The office isn't anything too special, just a place with desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We do our work, talk to the people who walk in, and try to keep up with the pace of Noida. It gets really hot in the summers, so we mostly stay inside near the fans. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at my desk while looking out the window at the bikes passing by. There’s always someone coming in asking for directions or looking for a different office. We don’t really do big speeches or have those long corporate lunches you hear about. It is more about answering the phones and making sure the files are where they should be. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. It is a small team and we all know each other’s families by now. Working here feels normal. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing what needs to be done for the business to keep going day by day. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we get through the week.
