We have been based here at 487 Sector 37 in Noida for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around the desks dealing with whatever real estate project comes our way. It gets pretty dusty out there with all the construction going on in Noida, but we keep the office running. People usually drop by to ask about plots or how the local property market is doing. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. We just look at the maps and tell people what we know. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than expected because that is just how things go here. Most of our work involves checking out sites and making sure the names on the deeds match up. It is not always exciting work but it is what we do. The office is easy to find if you know the Ida Up area well enough. We have a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow when we have too many files open. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and talk about what needs to be finished by the weekend. If someone calls about a property, we try to get the details right the first time so there are no headaches later on. It is a straightforward operation here. We just try to get the jobs done so we can go home on time.
