Dev Telecom

Dev Telecom is located on Chithora Road in Dadri. It's a pretty busy stretch of road and we get a lot of people passing through. I set up this shop because there weren't many places nearby to get quick mobile repairs done. We do everything from fixing charging ports to helping people set up their email on their new phones. The shop has a blue front and you can see it clearly from the road. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I work. It’s just me and one helper who comes in the evenings. We sell a lot of tempered glass and cheap headphones that kids like. Sometimes the delivery guys for the online shops stop by to ask for directions since we're right on the main path. Dadri is a place where everyone talks to everyone, so a lot of my business is just word of mouth. I don't have a computer for billing, I just use a regular notebook and pen. It’s faster that way for me. The Chithora Road area gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on lately. I have to wipe down the glass display every morning. We keep a decent stock of batteries too. If you're coming from the main crossing, we're just a short walk down. I don't follow a strict schedule, but I'm almost always here by eleven.
